I built the complete iOS app from scratch—architecture, UI, API integration, and App Store deployment. The app supports drivers in discovering AI-matched loads, booking trips, real-time GPS tracking, and digital proof-of-delivery with photo capture and signatures.

• Unstable Network Conditions: Drivers work in areas with poor connectivity. Needed offline caching for current trips and smart retry logic for load searches.
• Real-Time Updates: Loads appear/disappear quickly. Required WebSocket-like push updates and instant UI refresh without draining battery.
• GPS Accuracy: Precise location needed for geo-fencing arrivals/departures, even in urban areas or during long highway drives.
• Proof-of-Delivery: Required photo capture, signatures, and metadata that survive network interruptions and meet legal requirements.
